Stephen M. Collins

Originally from Marietta, Georgia, Stephen received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Auburn University in 2007, and his Juris Doctor from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2010. Stephen also earned a certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution. While in law school, Stephen was an active member of the Mediation clinic, received the CALI award for his scholarship work in Intellectual Property, and was on the Dean’s List.
Following graduating from law school, he worked as a judicial clerk for the Honorable William A. Shashy in Montgomery, Alabama. Stephen joined Greene & Phillips at the beginning of 2011 where he focusses his practice primarily on automobile accidents, personal injury, and workers compensation claims.
He currently lives in Spanish Fort, Alabama with his wife.
