Our clients have spent long enough being treated as a number on a ledger. It is my priority to make sure each and every one of our clients receives the attention and respect they deserve.
Kathie Dorsey, as the Greene & Phillips' Director of Operations, closely coordinates the efforts of the attorneys, case managers and records clerk to effectively serve each injury client through the entire process of litigation. From the first phone call, she provides potential clients information and all pertinent paperwork and forms they need to get started. She then stays on top of each case working closely with the assigned attorney until the client receives a settlement or jury verdict. Her duties also include overseeing the case managers, records clerk and intake staff in their daily duties.
Kathie is a Mobile native with Paralegal Studies Certification from the University of South Alabama. She has worked in the legal field since 1989 starting as a legal research analyst for a local banking institution and moved from there to the Mobile County District Attorney's Office where her experience covered Grand Jury proceedings and as Circuit Court Trial Coordinator. After leaving criminal prosecution, Kathie moved on to civil litigation as a civil defense paralegal as well as a paralegal for civil plaintiff's firms. She joined the Greene & Phillips team in 2004.
