Meet Will

More than a decade ago, Will Phillips teamed up with David Greene to found Greene & Phillips. As a deacon in his church and member on the Board of Trustees for the Baptist College in the University of Mobile, he works hard day in and day out to protect the rights of his clients.

Will was born in Birmingham and grew up in Montgomery before attending Birmingham-Southern College (BSC). During his studies, he co-founded the BSC Conservancy, a student environmental group, which allowed him to meet President George H. W. Bush on three occasions. Will also served as Student Government Association president and received the “Thousand Points of Light” award from President Bush. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree at the Jones School of Law at Faulkner University.

Since forming Greene & Phillips with David, Will has helped injured Alabama residents receive millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts. He handles cases dealing with personal injury, products liability, and criminal defense, including federal court cases and serious felonies.
