Britt Bethea
Born in Pensacola, Florida, Britt Bethea grew up in Mobile, Alabama. After attending the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York, he went to the University of Alabama, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and minors in computer science and music. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law.
Mr. Bethea was the recipient of the Judge Hodnett Academic Merit Scholarship during his law school studies. He was also selected among his peers to join the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society, the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board, and the Trial Advocacy Competition Class. Upon graduation, he received the Dean’s Service Award.
Mr. Bethea is admitted to practice law in the state courts of three states—Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi—as well as the U.S. District Court of Southern Alabama. He is a member of the following organizations:
