Robert Thomas Alabama Personal Injury LawyerMr. Thomas was born in Dothan, Alabama. He attended Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, where he was an active member of the Samford University Student Government Association as the Parliamentarian (1999 to 2000) and a member of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, serving as the Chaplain. Mr. Thomas received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in secondary education. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama.

While at law school, Mr. Thomas was selected to join the Trial Advocacy Competition Class, was the 2004 champion in the inaugural J. Greg Allen Mock Trial Champion, and received the Best Advocate Award during the competition that included 18 participants. Additionally, he was a member of the trial competition team that competed in the American Association for Justice (formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America) competition in Birmingham, Alabama.

Mr. Thomas is a member of the Alabama State Bar is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Alabama. He also is a member of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and focuses his practice on criminal law and personal injury.
