J. David Greene
A native of Mobile, Alabama, J. David Greene graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1989 with his undergraduate degree in communications and marketing. Then in 1996, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama.
Two years later, Mr. Greene founded Greene & Phillips Attorneys at Law with longtime friend Will G. Phillips. Mr. Greene continues to be a managing member of the firm and practices in several areas of law, including personal injury cases, fraud, and nursing home abuse.
Mr. Greene is admitted to practice law in all Alabama state courts and in the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Alabama. He is affiliated with the following professional organizations:
