Greene & Phillips, Mississippi, Florida and Alabama Accident Attorneys

Greene & Phillips was founded in 1998 when longtime friends J. David Greene and Will G. Phillips joined together to handle criminal defense cases and build a personal injury practice. With the firm’s growing client base, Greene & Phillips hired a secretary and established their office on North Florida Street in Mobile, Alabama. In 2004, the need for additional space led to the construction of their current two-story office building, which is next door to the previous location.

Today, Greene & Phillips has five attorneys—some of whom are licensed to practice in Florida, and Mississippi in addition to Alabama—and 12 support staff members. Handling hundreds of personal injury cases, particularly those dealing with auto accidents and product liability, our firm has obtained more than $25 million in settlements and verdicts for clients in the past three years.

BonanzaTo ensure our attorneys are able to reach our clients throughout the southeast as quickly as possible, Greene & Phillips recently purchased a new 2006 Beechcraft Bonanza G-36 airplane. Two of the firm’s attorneys—David Greene and Britt Bethea—are licensed pilots, and the firm has a part-time pilot as well. The firm plane is also used to transport clients who need to get medical care in distant locations and as part of the Angel Flight Program, which helps children in the Southeast get needed medical care.
