Will G. Phillips
Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Will G. Phillips grew up in Montgomery, Alabama, and attended Birmingham-Southern College in 1992, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. During his studies, he co-founded the BSC Conservancy, a student environmental group, which allowed him to meet President George H. W. Bush on three instances. Additionally, Mr. Phillips was the Student Government Association (SGA) president and received a “Thousand Points of Light” award from President Bush.
Mr. Phillips graduated from Jones School of Law of Faulkner University with his Juris Doctorate in 1996. He then was admitted to the Alabama Bar Association in 1998 and is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Alabama, the United States District Courts of the Southern and Middle Districts, and the United States Supreme Court.
Since forming Greene & Phillips with friend J. David Greene, Mr. Phillips has helped injured Alabama residents receive millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts. He handles cases dealing with personal injury, products liability, nursing home abuse and neglect, workers’ compensation, and criminal defense.
Mr. Phillips serves on the University of Mobile President’s Advisory Board and has been a guest speaker for the Alabama Association of Paralegals. He is a member of or affiliated with the following organizations:
