Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, Charles (Chase) graduated from Murphy High School in 2008, where he was a member of the International Baccalaureate Program. After Murphy, Chase was recruited to play basketball for the University of Chicago, ranked #4 in the nation by U.S. News & World Report's National College Ranking System. At the University of Chicago, Chase lettered for 4 years in basketball and was inducted into the Order of the C, the Nation's oldest varsity lettermen's group. Chase earned his Juris Doctorate from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law where he was awarded an Eagle Scholar full-tuition scholarship. While in law school, Chase began working for Greene & Phillips, LLC where his strong desire to help injured individuals and families grew into a profession.
Chase's practice focuses primarily on personal injury cases ranging from automobile accidents to product's liability. His competitive edge, developed during his years as an athlete, is apparent in his courtroom advocacy. Chase enjoys litigation and has a passion for trying cases. His success in the courtroom has led to multiple 6-figure verdicts for his clients during his time at Greene & Phillips.
Family and Community
A constant advocate for the disadvantaged, Chase has been a volunteer for national literacy programs, raised thousands of dollars for children's research hospitals, led a basketball clinic for a local boys and girls club in South America and walked annually for the American Cancer Society. Chase currently lives in Mobile, Alabama with his wife, Madison, and attends Church at Mars Hill.
