Jordan Van Metre

Injury Attorney

About Jordan

When Jordan graduated high school, he wasn't sure what he wanted to do. All he knew was that he wanted to serve people.

His drive for excellence and service drove him to obtain two degrees from the University of Mobile (Political Science and Humanities), before eventually attending Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg Virginia. While at Liberty, Jordan represented his school in Mock Trial, ADR Negotiations, and Moot Competitions, winning the regional negotiation Championship and being declared "best oralist" at Regent University.

Most importantly at Liberty, Jordan met his wife, Whitney, and the two moved to his hometown in McDonough Georgia.

Jordan has been practicing since 2010. Since that time, he has served the Atlanta community as a bankruptcy lawyer, an Assistant District Attorney, and as a solo practitioner. Jordan has handled a myriad of matters ranging from landlord-tenant disputes, family law matters, business disputes, and injury cases, all the way to Felony Murder Trials and Post-Conviction Appeals. Jordan's appellate work has been reported multiple times in the opinions of the Georgia Courts of Review, and his work was recently published in a Georgia Form Book.

During this time, Jordan always knew he wanted to fight for the rights of injured persons. His mother was injured in an unfortunate accident, which gave Jordan a unique perspective into the daily lives of people who sustain painful injuries. He has since committed his practice to help injured clients tell their story, and obtain justice, fairness, and satisfaction.
