About Benjamin

In his early teen years, Benjamin (Ben) internalized the words of wisdom given to an old man searching for a new king, “Do not look at outward appearances… look at the heart.” From that time forward, he made a conscious choice to look beyond a person’s outer appearance, in search of knowing and understanding his or her heart. Ben brings this same resolve to serving his clients as their attorney.

Ben was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, where he attended high school at Moffett Road Christian School while participating in the University of Alabama’s Early College Program. Ben attended the University of South Alabama on a Presidential Scholarship, and also received the John T. Crowder Scholarship for Pre-Law. He graduated in 2015 with his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy. Ben then went on to attend Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law as a Class of 2018 Merit Scholar. During law school, Ben competed as a member of Cumberland’s National Negotiation Team, and acted as Director of Arbitration as a Senior Board Member of Cumberland’s Trial Advocacy Board. Throughout his time as a law student, Ben clerked for Judge William H. Rhea in the Sixteenth Circuit Court of Alabama and former Attorney General of Alabama George D. H. McMillan, Jr. After passing the Alabama Bar Exam, Ben joined Greene & Phillips as a Staff Attorney.

Ben is married to his wife, Kizzie, and they reside in Mobile.

These recoveries and testimonials are not an indication of future results. Every case is different, and regardless of what friends, family, or other individuals may say about what a case is worth, each case must be evaluated on its own facts and circumstances as they apply to the law. The valuation of a case depends on the facts, the injuries, the jurisdiction, the venue, the witnesses, the parties, and the testimony, among other factors. Furthermore, no representation is made that the quality of the legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers.
