Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway– August 2nd, 9am-12pm
The Back-to-School Season is here and Greene & Phillips is hosting a backpack giveaway!
Greene & Phillips is partnering with Cumulus’ 97.5 WABD, Gospel 900 WGOK, 93 BLX, and 104.1 WDLT to host our 2025 back-to-school backpack giveaway. The big event will take place right here at our office on 51 N Florida St. this Saturday, August 2nd, from 9:00 a.m.- 12 p.m.
At Greene & Phillips, we are always looking for opportunities like this to give back to the community in a meaningful way. Clear backpacks full of school supplies as well as Blue Bell ice cream will be distributed. The event is free, and the giveaway will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. One backpack will be provided per child or report card present. Also, John with Fadedj will be providing free haircuts! Guests are encouraged to arrive early, as the line begins forming at 8:00 a.m.
In addition to the giveaways, participants can enjoy a fun and lively atmosphere with appearances from some of the area’s favorite radio personalities!
