About Dylan
Michael Dylan Szymanski is an injury attorney at Greene & Phillips Injury Lawyers, working with injured clients out of the firm’s Mobile office. A Saraland native and former Mobile County prosecutor, Dylan spent three years trying cases before bringing that courtroom background to the plaintiff’s side in 2026. He made the switch to put his trial experience to work for injured clients rather than against defendants.
Dylan played college baseball at William Carey University in Hattiesburg before earning his Bachelor’s degree in Government and Law from the University of Mobile. At UM he competed on the Mock Trial Team and won the Outstanding Attorney Award for the Prosecution at the 2020 AMTA Regionals.
He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, where he served as External Vice Chair of the Moot Court Board and was inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national honor society for courtroom advocacy. He also received the board’s Anthony Scardino Excellence Award for advocacy, teamwork, leadership, and service to the legal profession, and in 2023 his team were regional champions in the American Bar Association Arbitration Competition.
After law school, Dylan joined the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office as an assistant district attorney. Over three years there he handled a steady docket and gained regular trial experience. He joined Greene & Phillips in 2026 to put that experience to work for people who’ve been injured.
Outside the office, Dylan spends his time with his wife Anna, their child, and their dog Wrigley, named for Wrigley Field after he brought her home in 2016, the year the Cubs won the World Series. He’s a lifelong Alabama fan, and on weekends you’ll usually find him on the golf course or perfecting his pulled pork for friends and family.
