Lawyers from Beasley Allen and Greene & Phillips secured a $8,500,000.00 product liability verdict on Thursday from a Mobile County, Alabama Circuit Court jury. The jury found that the Nissan Motor Co. designed and implemented a defective front passenger airbag system causing total blindness in one eye and serious and severe injuries to the other eye.
